Oversees the entire product design, development, and production process cycle for soft lines (with some event production). These cycles include design, fabric & trim development, prototype sampling, salesman sample ordering, and production.

Sara works closely with external collaborators to ensure all parties' needs are met on all projects.

The mission is to ensure that all projects stay within their prospective timelines. Sara is known for her heavy emphasis on constant innovation, attention to detail, and excellent communication— guaranteeing all product is created on time and with the highest regard for the quality .

Development and management of softline product calendars. Proactively identifies exceptions and offers solutions to conflicts in order to meet or exceed calendar date goals

Continuous follow up with production to confirm that projects are always ‘on time’

QC and Finishing! Okaying all specs prior to passing off for bulk production (consultation on all elements of the product / collaboration are to be considered in actual development)

Reports/track success and failure of products in the marketplace while analyzing the success or failure to further explore improvement of production speed while making quality goods.
